Eileen’s coaching is solution focused, practical and with instant results. She is a compassionate listener offering a safe space for me to open up and discover my true self. She gently guided me towards my own wisdom and solutions, yet providing her own perspective at the appropriate moment. I love her coaching style and feel lucky to have been coached by Eileen
Eileen is a warm caring person who has developed a deep empathic nature from all her years of experience working with sick children and supporting their families. As a coach she is insightful yet practical. She is generous with her time and she will walk the extra mile both with and for you. Her skills and emotional strength serve her well in the work she does. I could not recommend Eileen highly enough.
After having felt “stuck” in life and quite miserable for a long time, I decided that my New Year’s resolution was to turn my life around and I would engage the help of a Life Coach. I was wary at first because I couldn’t even begin to imagine what a Life Coach does and if this would be the right solution for me.Eileen won me over at the very first session, where she noticed that it is hard for me to open up to strangers due to my social anxiety disorder. Every next session she would tailor so that I would feel comfortable and safe, she has a very comforting, warm and empathetic personality. The one thing that makes Eileen stand out from similar coaching professionals is her holistic approach – she is not “just”
Eileen delivered two sessions on stress management to our employees in Convergys as part of our Mental health wellbeing month. Eileen made the sessions very interactive and encouraging. The material she prepared & delivered was very relevant to what we were looking for & appropriate to our business. We received awazing feedback from all employees that attended these sessions and one of the comments was: “we wish we had eileen here every day.” Eileen is very professional, helpful, organized and most of all she understands her clients needs and delivers in line with those needs. communication with Eileen was fantastic from start to finish and it made the whole process very smooth for everyone. I personally cannot recommend eileen highly enough, she is amazing at what she does and I’m looking forward to working with her again in the future.
I enjoyed a series of life coaching sessions with Eileen earlier this year during which time she really helped me to get better clarity on what it was that I really wanted to achieve, putting aside the busy tendencies that can distract, and instead focusing on the actions that will help me to reach my personal goals. Eileen has a warmth about her that makes it very easy to open up. In my experience, she was very effective in her role as a coach, gently probing as necessary to help me move to the next stage in my planning, plotting and acting! I left each session with Eileen feeling more positive about myself, and about my ability to achieve what I want in life. I’d highly recommend Eileen as a coach for those that need the space to work out where they’re going and how….in work, or in personal circumstances. Thanks Eileen.
It was a great pleasure to work with Eileen. As my Coach she provided me with support and challenge in a balance that was just right for what I needed. I met Eileen while I was training as a Coach and her energy and enthusiasm have inspired my own work ever since.
Eileen’s compassion, intuition & caring manner were of upmost help to me during a rec ent struggle. Her ability to support me as i clarified my thoughts, sought solutions & developed actions to make changes, led me to overcome confusion & anxiety & deal with the situation in a much more constructive way. Eileen’s insights & guidance were offered but never pushed & I found them of extreme benefit. Thank you Eileen.
Eileen is a wonderful life coach. With a kind, informative and attentive style, she helped guide me to reach within myself to find solutions to the challenges in my life. I felt empowered and more in control of my destiny. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Eileen came into my life when I felt that no one cared and no one believed me. I always knew she heard me and I always knew that she cared. She has such a gentle caring nature. She is an amazing listener and a wonderful person.

I had the pleasure of working with Eileen Hopkins for about two years. I can’t help but wonder where I would be if I did not leap to try Better Help myself and be placed with Eileen as my pain managing Life-Coach. I was struggling with chronic pain and not in a very good place mentally, physically and spiritually, to be honest, my whole life was crumbling. Eileen is an amazing person and I’m very lucky to have her as my Pain managing Life-Coach, also my Mentor and Therapist. I have found Eileen to be very friendly, easy to talk to, very professional and supplies me with very insightful homework which I have found very useful. We started by setting goals of where I would like to be emotionally and mentally. Her support has allowed me to nurture my healing in ways I once doubted. She often provided resources and other prompts that I still find helpful today. Eileen is a caring and devoted Life-coach/therapist. I would recommend Eileen she is a lovely lady, She does not judge you. I strongly recommend Eileen if you are going through a tough time. She is passionate about her work and it shows in her commitment to respond to your messages quickly. I found that coaching is a partnership where the goals, ideas, problems, solutions and ultimately the action comes from you however Eileen’s careful questioning and challenging, combined with listening skills tease out the important issues and then together you form an action plan. Today I’m not pain-free, but I can live and manage my pain much better and live a normal life again today. I have my raft and oars, but still practising with my captain and friend Eileen to better help myself. From my heart, I can never thank you enough, Eileen

The one thing that makes Eileen stand out from similar coaching professionals is her holistic approach – she is not “just” a Life Coach, she also implements psychotherapy elements such as CBT and art therapy as well as her career coaching skills, if changing/advancing a career falls into your plan of turning your life around. She helped me transform my CV into the most professional form it can be – this will help you stand out on the job market, no doubt!
If you are still doubtful, I suggest you give it a try and see for yourself – the only thing you can lose is your crippling self-doubt and bad thoughts/habits that keep you from achieving your goals.
Really grateful to Eileen for helping to prepare me for my recent (first) talk.
Her attention to detail and her experience as an international speaker really showed in how she coached me. So much so that I actually enjoyed it and felt on such a high afterwards!
