Are you looking for an MC for your next event?

Are you looking for a mentor coach who can help you:

• Better understand the ICF Competencies?
• Improve your coaching skills and client outcomes?
• Prepare for your next ICF credential level?

As an MCS mentor coach for both ACC and PCC, I am dedicated to helping coaches reach the next level of competency and advance their careers. The coaching profession is evolving, and I’m pleased to see the introduction of the ICF Mentor Coach Specialisation (MCS). I welcome this change because the MCS isn’t simply another badge; it means your Mentor Coach has undertaken specific training to support coaches through this process. I believe this is valuable for both coaches and the profession.

For me, mentor coaching has always been about much more than preparing for a credential. It’s a chance to pause, reflect on how you’re coaching, notice what you might not see for yourself, and deepen your understanding of the ICF Core Competencies.

From January 2027, there’s an important change: if you want your mentor coaching hours to count towards an ICF credential, your Mentor Coach will need to hold the MCS.

How can I support you?

As an MCS Mentor Coach for ACC and PCC, I love working with coaches who are curious, committed and open to looking honestly at their practice.

Our work together is a space to explore, question, reflect and grow. We’ll look at what’s working, what might be getting in the way, and how you can bring the ICF Core Competencies more fully into your coaching.

With the MCS, we now have a clearer picture of what excellent mentor coaching looks like. I promise that I’ll challenge you when it’s helpful, encourage you when you need it, and make sure you have space to think and be heard.

If you’re considering your next credential, or if you want to become a more confident and ethically aware coach, reach out to learn how I can help you meet your coaching goals.
