Team Coaching

Written by Eileen Hopkins

My road to counselling and psychotherapy has been interesting. Having worked in a caring profession, nursing for over 30 years, I was always at my happiest when interacting with my patients & I have always been a people person.

As a team coach, my purpose is to facilitate learning for the team. I find ways for team members to gain insight and practice different behaviours in the context of the team and its goals. Individual assessment and feedback may be a component of team coaching, but it’s always related to improving team effectiveness and productivity.

Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching provides you with the opportunity to develop insight into your own dispute resolution style and possible contribution to unproductive interactions. Conflict coaching also helps you to identify your own interests and those of others, to work on skills to resolve conflict and to enable effective and satisfying problem-solving
